By purchasing or using any GravGo product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and disclaimers. Please review this page carefully. Your continued use of this website and our products constitutes acceptance of all terms below.

1. Age Restriction (21+)

GravGo products are intended for adult use only.
By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You assume full responsibility for preventing access by minors

GravGo does not sell or ship to individuals under the legal age limit.

4. Broken Glass Disclaimer

The amber glass bottle is crafted for durability, heat stability, and smoke purity.
However, glass can break.

GravGo is not responsible for:

  • Damage due to drops

  • Impact

  • Mishandling

  • Over-tightening

  • Heat stress caused by improper use

  • Cracks, chips, or breakage caused by accidents

If the glass is cracked, chipped, or broken, discontinue use immediately.
Broken glass is not covered under warranty.

Replacement bottles are available separately.

5. Materials Disclosure

GravGo intentionally uses:

  • Glass — stable under heat and ideal for clean smoke purity

  • Stainless steel — no paint, no coatings, no colored metals

  • Reinforced shaker shell — external protective cover

We do not use aluminum or coated metals in the burning pathway.
This is by design for user safety and purity.

6. Cleaning & Maintenance Disclaimer

Follow recommended cleaning methods only:

  • Warm water + mild soap

  • Alcohol wipes

  • Toothbrush cleaning

  • Heat + tissue wipe

Do not use:

  • Harsh chemicals

  • Unapproved solvents

  • Tools that may damage components

Damage caused by improper cleaning methods is not covered by warranty.

7. User Responsibility

By using GravGo, the customer assumes full responsibility for:

  • Proper handling

  • Safe operation

  • Monitoring for wear, heat damage, or cracks

  • Keeping the product away from minors

  • Understanding the effects of the herbs used

  • Complying with all local laws

GravGo is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or legal consequences resulting from use or misuse of the product.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Broken glass

  • Improper cleaning

11. Shipping & Handling Disclaimer

Once an order is shipped from our facility:

  • Transit delays are outside our control

  • Damage caused during delivery must be reported immediately

  • Lost packages may require a claim with the carrier

We will assist within reasonable limits, but carriers hold final responsibility.

12. Intellectual Property

GravGo™, The Trifecta System™, product names, branding, visuals, and designs are protected intellectual property.
Unauthorized reproduction or imitation is strictly prohibited.
